We found Egret Windows in the Done Right guaranteed contractor directory, and at our local hardware store counter. We trusted that we would be working with a company that had been well-reviewed; one among a very few highly-qualified choices we could make.

What we discovered is the world of today’s windows available from one company. It was very impressive to speak with someone passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. Les Jones does his research, and described in understandable terms what would enhance our newly-purchased fifty-year old home.

The house was easy with which to fall in love, with original bath tile and fixtures, thick maple door casings (that could be easily damaged by any uncaring worker), and spaces in which we could add our own touches. One of those was in the back, where new flooring would need to mate with the threshold of a new twelve-foot wide patio door. Les’s advice was extremely helpful as we waded into the long list of priorities for fitting the house to our best and happiest use.

We are very happy with the products we purchased and the work performed. Notable hallmarks of Egret’s work were the time and effort Les dedicated to helping design the grille bar patterns added as options to enhance the architectural character of our home. As an added bonus, we were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his crews daily clean-up.
